CAD/CAM PROGRAMMER

Aim of the position:

Create the CAM data for our CNC/COREKIT department in time. So you’ll play a key engineering role in this production department.

Tasks:

  • Reverse-engineering of the wind blades
  • Prepare CAD drawings for quality, production, purchasing, sales
  • Handle nesting of wind blades for renewable energy customers
  • Make CAM programming for the 5-Axis CNC machines
  • Archiving and Coding
  • Create a preliminary BOM, Packaging list and packaging instructions
  • Give a preliminary cutting time and waste ratio
  • Follow machining and checking activities until mass prod
  • Technical support to Production, Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse

Requirements:

  • Mid-level technical education, College or university degree is a plus
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • High level of knowledge in CAD/CAM software, preferably in AlphaCAM

COST CONTROLLER

Tasks:

  • Perform cost controlling activities for the Kaposvár plant
  • Structuring cost components of products, BOM and production receipt
  • Preparation of inventory counting, procedures and control of the procedures
  • Perform necessary steps for month end closing in the costing area
  • Design costing system
  • Supporting decision making with profitability analyses of projects
  • Implement reporting system of the plant
  • Participate in ERP system rollout

Requirements:

  • College or university degree
  • At least 6-7 years of experience in cost accounting/cost controlling or financial controlling functions,
  • Technical expertise in accounting both in local GAAP and IFRS is required,
  • Experience of ERP implementation project is an plus,
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus; PP, MM, CO and COPA modules are critical ones,
  • A good team member but also ability to perform hands-on tasks,

PROCESS ENGINEER

Aim of the position:

Be the driver of the process reviews and development for increasing the production efficiency in the CNC and CORE Kitting department. Bring new ideas and challenge production management how change processes to increase efficiency and production output and bring METYX production to a whole new level.

Tasks:

  • Developing, configuring and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification
  • Define VSM, production flow, standard times during the prototypes / modifications
  • Develop and apply Lean Manufacturing methods and strategies in CNC/Core Kitting production(Kaizen, 5S etc…)
  • Create all the Process instructions and flow
  • Support the process FMEA and Control Plan
  • Develop SMED process
  • Perform risk assessments
  • Train all the workers according to the Process, FMEA, Control Plan, SMED
  • Recommend Engineering improvements regarding cutting strategies, tools etc.

Aim of the position:

Play a key role in quality and make sure everything is done according to the standards and internal policies. Review and monitor the continuous improvement processes and make corrective actions if needed.

Tasks:

  • Monitor, test and inspect products to assure they meet customer requirements and specified standards
  • Create and maintain procedures and tools for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data
  • Maintain and control calibration records for all test and inspection equipment
  • Create Process FMEA and Control Plan
  • Train all the workers according to quality procedures, FMEA, Control Plan
  • Use continuous improvement methodologies(Kaizen,5S, 6sigma, TPM, etc.)

QUALITY MANAGER

Aim of the position:

In this position, you will have a unique chance build up a well-organized and effectively working quality assurance department in order to meet both customer and company expectations. You will be a business partner for the whole mgmt. team from quality point of view.

Tasks:

  • Develop and implement the quality control activities for all production area
  • Implement and develop the quality checking system and processes in production
  • Build up the quality control organization
  • Improve quality check process of incoming and/or raw materials and finished products
  • Keep contact with customers/suppliers and production regarding the blocked raw material
  • Act as a business partner for GM and production managers from quality stand point
  • Perform supplier quality assurance activities
  • Ensure that quality systems, processes meet customer’s and standrad’s expectations
  • Monitor, test and inspect products to assure they meet specified standards
  • Provide professional supervision and technical assistance to direct reports
  • Responsible for review and approval of documents (like forms, processes, procedures)
  • Manage the processes in the quality laboratory
  • Organizes the trainings for both quality and productions staff
  • Prepare for internal and external audits together with quality systems department
  • Maintain and control calibration records for all test and inspection equipment
  • Monitor Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) methodologies (5S, 6sigma, TPM, etc.)
  • Prepare the weekly report with internal / external NCR
  • Receive, elaborate, and manage customer NCR
  • Calculate monthly Cost of Quality and other quality related KPIs
