Objectives and Goals

Health and Safety: We are committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees and subcontractors. In this regard, we aim to provide regular health and safety training, adequate safety equipment, hazard prevention in the workplace, and foster an open communication culture.

We aim to reduce the weight ratio of workplace accidents toward zero year by year with a goal and plan.

Working Conditions and Employee Rights: We respect employee rights, provide fair wages and benefits, and offer a work environment where discrimination, harassment, and child labor are prohibited. We respect the freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.

Waste Management: We promote responsible waste management. We implement waste reduction strategies, recycle materials whenever possible, and dispose of hazardous substances in accordance with regulations.

We aim to reduce waste generated at the Turkey location by 60% by 2030 and achieve zero waste globally by reducing waste year by year until 2040.

Reduction of Greenhouse Gas Emissions: We are committed to fighting climate change. We set emission reduction targets and invest in energy-efficient technologies.

We aim to minimize our corporate carbon footprint by reducing Scope 1 and Scope 2 emission rates year by year.

Energy Management and Clean Energy: We aim to optimize energy use and transition to clean energy sources. We identify efficiency opportunities, integrate renewable energy sources, and promote energy conservation practices.

We aim to source 15% of our corporate energy consumption from renewable energy sources by 2025 compared to our 2023 baseline.
